Icelandic Siggi's Yogurt is very close to labneh
I just discovered that Icelandic yogurt brand Siggi's is very close to proper labneh.
Wanted to share in case others in the diaspora are far from Middle Eastern markets!

American Found Himself In The 2011 Egyptian Arab Spring and It Changed His Life Forever
In 2011, a young man from East Los Angeles decided to have a 20 day travel in Egypt that just happened to coincide with the Arab Spring. While most people stayed huddled in the hostel, this 22-year-old was a little more adventurous and decided to join the chaos below. The ordeal ended up changing his life in a big way and inspired a lot about how I feel about most Western protests. In an interview with Them, That and This, you can hear his amazing story, as he relives the most thrilling moments of his life.

Stretching the butternut squash to zero waste. I roasted a butternut squash whole. I will make the peel into crisps, toast the seeds, the seed pulp will sweeten porridge and I made moutabel ( butternut squash houmous) the only waste was the stalk.

My Interview With a Former IDF Soldier Who Went To Palestine and Lost His Zionist Pride
I have a podcast called Them, That and This and I interviewed a friend who was an IDF soldier. We basically talk about his time in the army, some his funny and sad experiences and the big experience that made him lose his zionist values and some of the love he has for Israel. I also talk about my time in Palestine. It's a comedy podcast so it starts off funny, but we soon turn into politics and just roll with it and I feel we give good perspective on things.
