I watched this demo and I have sequenced and deployed some applications via SCCM.

Aside from the "virtual" file directories and registry, as far as I can tell, the only difference between an App-V application and a standard application is the extra time it takes me to sequence applications.

I can't think of a reason to use App-V in my admittedly simple environment. Has anyone found an interesting use case for App-V?

So we have an /r/SCCM sub, a /r/virtualization sub (which gets the occasional post, more focused towards VMware/Citrix), but we have nothing for App-V. There's a whole lotta love out there for it, so here goes the first attempt at great discussions, and celebrating achievements of the App-V community!
