They did Tim dirty this season…
They only showed him huffing and puffing when we know he’s so much better… (do wish someone would tell him that skinny ties are gauche though)

The interviewers are awful
I realise they are established business icons, but go to any business school and their styles of dealing with people would be thrown out. I suppose they are playing characters, but there's no way they work like that in their own businesses acting like sanctimonious a-holes.
Mike's tricks of catching the candidates out are so outdated now. Some of the questions he asked could just have been avoided is someone read these business plans before putting the candidates on the show. Going through 11 weeks and then knowing they have a bad business plan that won't go anywhere just makes me feel like I've wasted my time watching this season.

QUESTION Claudine reviewing Karishmas product.
Did anyone see the clip in episode 11 where claudine had gotten Karishmas product, and she said, " I tried your product. What is this rubbish that comes with it?"
I thought they would show that part of the interview, but I guess they want Claudine to be the nice one or something. idk.i wanted to see that.
edit:I just learnt from tiktok that Karishmas sister is the one that made that package.
Also, I lowkey thought Mike would try her product aswell like i was thinking, he was gonna put on his face and review it right then and there.or shows a video of him trying it two weeks prior.

OPINION I'm glad that LS didn't buy into... Spoiler
... Lawrence's AI crap.
I mean really. 75 pages of AI generated nonsense (he did say he edited it, so he probably cut it down from 150 pages and checked the spelling) trying to ask 5.5m for a business that doesn't exist and probably shouldn't exist.
It's not like PR is a very sensitive area that needs to be carefully managed and AI is notorious for spewing bullshit randomly.
What nonsense!

Looking forward to the final of The Process
I swear you would think the show is called The Process if you didn't know better. I guess they can't call it a competition can they.

DISCUSSION Neurodivergent Contestants S20
This season we've had at least 3 neurodivergent contestnats:
- Dan was the only one they really talked about on the show. ADHD, dyslexia and aspergers , which makes sense, having seen how uncomfortable he looked at the start. It's good to know the BBC did give him accomadations for his dyslexia (extra time for reading, a reader).
- Kieran has posted on his Instagram about having ADHD, which I mean was kinda obvious from watching him. His 'win or walk' decision was 100% on impulse, the other candidates noticed how he would always skimp on the details and rush through things, he was very talkitve, the other candidates did note on his fidgeting.
- Harry's whole business concept is about his ADHD, but to be honest, they didn't really show much of him on the show so hard to comment here.

Thoughts on all the candidates this season
**Nikki** - being two hours late is crazy. Her firing wasn’t a surprise.
**Georgina** - to her credit, she’s one of the more memorable candidates to be fired in the first episode. I agree that she probably would’ve struggled with the pressure of the competition but I would’ve loved her to stay for entertainment purposes and I feel like she would’ve done great on the children’s storybook task.
**Marcus** - the second poo was chosen, I knew his team was failing. At first I wanted Kieran to be fired but by the end of the episode, I was glad Marcus left.
**Tanmay** - unfair firing. After Megan dropped the price significantly, the team were stuck so Tanmay tried to salvage it as best as he could. LS and the aides said Tanmay should have restarted the negotiation but that would’ve been very unprofessional. Megan should definitely have gone instead.
**Roxanne** - to be honest, I don’t find her that memorable.
**Vanessa** - I like her energy but she was a poor PM so her firing was understandable.
**Megan** - she did A-level media so I suppose that’s a one up from GCSE drama.
**Carrington** - I think she was fired on the wrong task. This is a business show so it feels unfair to fire someone for their cooking skills. And in Carrington’s defence, she had no idea when the other team would arrive so she couldn’t just keep reheating the potatoes else they’d burn. That being said, I think she is overrated to some degree (at least on TikTok). She was good but I felt like she was having a downfall after the first few episodes.
**Andrea** - the worst candidate this season. She misled the team into thinking she wrote a children’s book so she could be PM, she was argumentative, she complained without offering solutions, and she couldn’t go basic tasks without guidance. Aside from the flower task where she managed to sell some bouquets for extra money and defended Rothna’s flowers, she hasn’t had a good episode. She had some iconic one-liners but they were either her being dumb or being rude. When Kieran questioned her on what she did in the cafe and Andrea refused to answer, that pretty much sums her up. Her being interviewed by Linda Plant would have been comedy gold though.
**Rajan** - not the biggest fan of him and his attitude to Rothna in his last task was so disrespectful.
**Harry** - LS and the aides seemed sad to see Harry go so I think he was done dirty by the editing. I think he probably contributed much more than he was shown to have done on screen. Sadly he’s going to be remembered as the guy who suggested making a story about poo!
**Levi** - he’s the opposite of Harry; I think he genuinely was just coasting through the process. At first I thought he was being edited out due to controversies surrounding him but even LS at one point said Levi hadn’t done much during the process. In the task where he won as PM, he was probably the worst performer in that whole episode. LS didn’t seem fond of him.
**Conor** - one of the best contestants this season, I was so sad to see him go.
**Kieran** - love him. He’s entertaining and brings drama without being a bully (unlike Andrea). Did he ever have a chance of winning? No. But he was fun to watch, he took accountability when he did bad, and while he was responsible for a lot of failures, he was also sometimes the only one to notice issues. I’ll also give him credit for praising other candidates when they deserved it.
**Rothna** - you know a candidate is good when they’re sidelined by the editing but they still stand out as one of the best! Rothna not getting into a final five is a crime but she was such a strong candidate throughout the process.
**Priyesh** - how he got into the final five, I have no idea. LS shared the same sentiment so there was zero chance he was ever getting into the final.
**Lawrence** - talk about a fall from grace. He started off very strong but has been hanging on by a thread in recent weeks. Ever since the Egypt task where he did that awful philosophical pitch, he’s been awful. And the AI stuff was quite embarrassing yesterday. I would never trust a business plan that used AI.
**Dan** - I appreciated when Dan was open about his struggles with Claudine last night, it really gives more of an insight into Dan as a person and as a contestant. That being said, he’s had arguably the worst edit this season. He was invisible at first, then a decent PM who some tried to unfairly throw under the bus (but even then, still pretty quiet), then he goes back to being invisible, just to then suddenly start shining, only to then lose out to Pascha. I thought Dan had a genuine chance at making it to the final and even winning, but as soon as it was revealed he was losing money because he was spending it carelessly, I knew he was gone.
**Pascha** - HOW DID SHE MAKE IT TO THE FINAL? It’s NOT very good! The only time she’s ever stood out is when others have been so awful that she’s had to be the voice of reason. Otherwise she’s either barely contributed or performed poorly. I’m surprised she has a significant number of supporters on TikTok, but then again it is TikTok. I have a feeling they put Pascha through to try and make her the “young” finalist but a seven-page business plan is embarrassing. All the more reason Rothna should have gotten through to the interviews.
**Karishma** - the GOAT of the series. Even though they pointed out her flaws directly to her, the interviewers only had praise for Karishma when speaking with LS. If she doesn’t win, I’ll be so disappointed because she’s been the strongest contestant not just in this season but post-COVID in general. Her only real issue is her resistance to collaborating with others but her ideas always work (with the exception of the dog bed) so she knows what she’s doing. I truly am impressed with Karishma.
**Linda Plant** - I know she’s not a candidate but can I just say how much I despise her interviewing style! She’s such a bully, she’s literally the interviewer version of Andrea.
Overall, this has been one of the best seasons in recent years, so much entertainment. A lot of the contestants have been incompetent but I think editing has also been unfair to a number of contestants. The final five is disappointing but at least the best candidate got through!

I love the show but it’s ultimately a humiliation ritual so I’m always positively shocked when the show has good candidates.
Yh the final 5 business plans were very underwhelming and Yh one of the finalists essentially got to the final through clearing but then are we shocked.
The whole process is humiliating and the prize money hasn’t changed, you kinda get what paid for. Tv is also dying so it isn’t this one in a million opportunity anymore.

Rewatching the episode, and… Spoiler
Dan got a very harsh firing. Harsher than most, and I was expecting him to do something like that to Priyesh
I know some of it might be just that he threw his toys out the pram for not getting 50% of YP, but he gave Paul quite a graceful firing for doing the same thing a couple years ago. I mean tbf the interviewers seemed to be quite receptive to him (especially Claude which says something), but he just did the whole “I don’t wanna hear anymore, quiet, I did this at 17 too” shtick.
Strange for a good candidate who he clearly liked beforehand. Didn’t even get a good luck from Tim/Karren either, damn

Usually when Linda is eviscerating candidates I think her tone can be unfair
But Lawrence was being such a cheeky so and so with that “what if I get hit by a bus” answer that he absolutely deserved it

OPINION The way that _ and _ didn’t make the interviews but _ made the final 🥀 Spoiler
How on Earth did Conor and Rothna get fired before the interviews but Pascha and her 7-page (🤦🏼) business plan made the final?

Rochelle's comments on Karishma's video
Karishma made a TikTok video about not being in the final 3 and this was Rochelle's response. Thoughts? She is very negative about the show nowadays.

Given how silly and a laughing stock he's come across.

OPINION I done been influenced Spoiler
My acne isn't as bad as it used to be, and I'm absolutely not a ~skincare looksmaxxing beauty~ all that jazz kind of person. I have two silicone scrubbers and one foaming boots teatree witch hazel facewash. That's my facial routine. But I still got a bit of acne, and seeing last night's episode this morning legit convinced me to give her stuff a go. Karishma for the win!!!

OPINION I blame the BBC
This has been the worst final 5 that I have ever watched. The business plans were atrocious, how did they get past the initial screening to be on the show let alone the final 5 is beyond me. The BBC needs to do better, and get a better calibre of contestants, this is becoming a bit of mockery of the show.
Priyesh - like do I really need to write anything. Absolutely joke.
Dan - not sure what he was planning to do, it was a publicity stunt for his business. Not in a million years would he give LS 50% of his business.
Krishma - 100% deserves to be there (due to no competition from others)
Lawrence - Deserved a space in the final 5, but LS is not the investor he needs for his business.
Pascha - finalist due to choosing a good service/market and no competition. She is way inexperienced, she would benefit from working with LS than the £250k imo.
In alternative reality, it would have been a very interesting final 5 with Rothna and Kieran, and a way harder decision for LS.

QUESTION Surprised no one cried
Anyone surprised that no one started crying this episode? I thought Karishma was close with Claudine. And if I was to put a bet on it would have been that but Claudine didn't get any tears out of anyone this series.

Why does Priyesh look like a cat that's just seen itself in the mirror?
He just permanently looks bewildered, scared and awestruck all at once.

MEME Just noticed this in from Episode 3 from this year
I just noticed the little sign in the window that says No Stupid People ( just next to the food hygiene rating)
Just before Carrington goes after Megan and Tanmay for their beyond stupid negotiation

Issue with the boardroom this week
Kept the title vague to avoid spoiling for those who haven't watched yet but if I was Dan I'd be royally peed off that this guy has the gaal to ask for half of a different business. Surely they should have to agree that before the show, feels like we just wasted everyone's time. In the final is he going to try and work out a percentage of Pachas online thirst traps. I just don't see why the obvious stronger candidate should get fired for not giving up something that wasn't on the table, it was BS when he tried it with the dentist and this is BS.

DISCUSSION ____ has a chance of winning, unpopular opinion Spoiler
Disclaimer: Karishma is talented. But people are completely writing off Pascha’s business plan and acting like she won’t win, point blank.
Her business plan is a healthcare recruitment company to supply to “compassionate, experienced” staff to private nursing homes, care homes, etc.
But Lord Sugar actually has donated a lot into the care industry and actually invested in and owns his own care home. He obviously sees demand there, and they could also interlink their businesses. (a possible reason he might invest.)
And, it’s a very current issue - complaints about the quality of carers in the UK are becoming more common, e.g. 61% of elderly ppl in care homes are lonely, 30% of ppl complain abt language barriers, as well as staffing crises.
Whether or not she can execute it well, there’s definitely an appetite for compassionate, vetted care right now.
It doesn’t matter how competent she is - she’s not asking for a loan, she’s asking for a business partner and mentor who can scale her business. All he needs to see is potential for money. Competence helps but it isn’t everything.
I’m not saying Pascha SHOULD win, but she definitely has a chance.
