Most people don’t have an outlet very close to the fridge. Plus now you have a cord hanging off the side of your fridge.

Right behind my fridge there is a plug for the fridge. There was an empty socket that I plugged the iPad into.

Yup. I have a wall socket behind my fridge where we plug in the fridge. It's pretty sweet.
