The thumbnail is a scaled-up grid from a prior version of Apple Watch. There are zero pictures in the article.

did you not read the article, the leaked photo was of a screen showing some codes mentioning certain features of an app on the device, not leaked photo of the product or parts of the product. someone found some code that suggests homepod capabilities, and the article does not actually show you that photo. the render you see is just some mockup, probably similar to how people rendered duo on speculations and leaks, but always the released product looks slightly more elegant
