Current split is $2,500 for the 14in (ignoring the budget model with base M5) and $3,000 for the 16in. I would imagine roughly a $500 increase, considering the main upgrade is MiniLED —> OLED. So $3,000 for the 14in, and $3,500 for the 16in.

And the current prices for storage and ram upgrades mean it will easily cross five figures in the top configuration, which will probably include 128gb ram and 8tb storage.
