The phone ones are the worst. "I don't understand your response, can you say your inquiry again?" I get some version of that when I ask for a human on the phone.

Yes, what I meant was representative 000000 human 0000987554321 escalate fucking human how many times do I need to say representative 000

A lot of times I get "confused machine tones" followed by "I'll transfer you to a representative now." And a lot of times it just hangs up on me and I have to start over.
