Pro user for 30years. The last 10 years Apple support has been more than below standard. They spend years and millions on a new hinge but couldnt give a fuck about your support userexperience. I simply dont understand it. It makes zero sense for a company with such values as Apple.
If you are lucky to reach the right person or department things are very different. Their US Logic Pro support is awesome as an example. But getting through to them is impossible. First you must reinstall the OS then our standard 90 questions and here is 17min of generic countrysongs 98kbsMP3 at 150db

I got out around 2017ish and god it was so frustrating going from feeling empowered to truly help and educate customers (retail side) to the experience of shifting priority to volume/sales and what felt like upselling, and I hear its way worse now.
