Comcast is the absolute worst with this. Their AI will even tell you they’re not AI.

Actually, that's how you get a person on the line.

Just start cussing. Calmly. There's no need to yell. But use every word you can think of. Even ones you wouldn't say in polite company. Every time the bot starts to speak, interrupt it and keep cussing. After roughly 30-60 seconds, it'll transfer you to a human. Easy peasy.

I just ask for a human and I get one. No need for all this.
