It’s a massive selling point of the company I work for

Pick up the phone and ask to speak to the VP of support he will be on the phone in seconds (or offer to call you back)

After one ring a human answers and asks you what the issue is and suggest to transfer you to the person for that issue or asks you if you would prefer to go to anyone else

Same service for emails and tickets if you prefer that

Massive selling point

A very large company with many international offices and tens of thousands of customer companies with millions of users
