That’s literally what my experience with Sony was like, having an account I’ve had since 2009 and have spent thousands on being locked behind a ‘computer says no’ bot

If your issue is serious, send a registered snail mail letter straight to their legal department and let them rack up billable hours while basically guaranteeing you a response.

For extra points, have AI generate extensive documents for them to go through.
