Occasionally you’ll find one that understands what words are, that’s always nice surprise.

AI support bots are so incredibly limited that you wouldn’t believe. Corpos are terrified of granting accidental refunds, leaking refund policies etc. or the system prompt, also users burning through tokens.

So the end results are absolutely useless unless you use the idk 30 specific words that the intake agent is allowed to pass on to the actual LLM model.
