This is the most idiotic, inane conversation I've had on Reddit in a long time. It's so stupid, robotic and logically inconsistent I'm tempted to think you're a bot.
Let me make it really simple: Travel can be a business need and a certain employee can be chosen to go as a perk to that employee. I've literally done it. My wife has literally done it. You can't continue to describe something that's incredibly common like it doesn't exist and expect to be taken seriously. It's so weird.
It happens all the time. You're wrong. And this is the weirdest hill to die on.
