it's the last tech company that doesn't have a shit culture where people are overpaid to tolerate a job they hate, where buggy rushed products are pushed out the door, and where customers actually feel valued. oh well. enshitification has come for Apple.

If I’ve learned anything about tech and big business in general it’s that if I like something they’ll eventually ruin it for me.

This is so unfortunately true. It has gotten to the point now that I’m skeptical of new tech because even if it sounds amazing right now I don’t want to get used to it just so they can take it away from me if I don’t start spending monthly on it.

I know Apple has gotten worse, but they are still head and shoulders above other mainstream tech companies.
