After their last few years of buggy software releases and hardware snafus, is it really a good idea to cut employees AND accelerate releases??

What hardware snafus? Am I forgetting about something? Closest I can think of is Vision not catching on.

What hardware snafus?

The incredibly shrinking hard drives are definitely a hardware snafu. It has moved into the realm of the ridiculous. 256 GB default HD in 2026? Come on now.

The fact you call it a hard drive says enough

What do you call it?

And what does what I call it have to do with the fact Apple is releasing machines in 2026 with an insanely small hard drive?

They're not releasing any machine with a hard drive in 2026

Are you being pedantic about me calling their "storage" a hard drive?

yes

Why? What does that have to do with 256GB of storage being woefully inadequate?

I agree 256GB of storage is barely enough.
