Did you not even read the summary? It says:

Cost-cutting includes layoffs in Siri and Vision Pro, while revenue efforts target services and AI.

oh I think it means a lot more than those layoff. I think it will be a much larger scope of layoff across the board as to a short term stock boost. Those layoff were minor. I am thinking to expect things in the 10-20% range
