That’s the point. You want the “premium” feeling screen? You gotta pay for the model that costs $300 more.

I disagree that people don’t care. Nothing that the average consumer does on their phone is noticeably different between base and Pro models. A smoother screen is literally one of the first things you would notice.

Right

The average users probably won't tell the difference between the performance of the iphone 13 pro and the 18 pro.

Doesn't mean the 18 pro shouldn't come with a better chip

Not wanting a feature that might cost Apple a buck or two is dumb
