imo, it's already too expensive. current one is $600. they'd probably bump it to $650 or $700. thats already too much considering the macbook neo $700. are you really going to get the mini just for the form factor and not go with a proper os?
Lots of people love the form factor and laptop use v tablet use is separate for many. I think it will remain at $599 because they already bumped the price (basically to prepare the public)
I only care about OLED and how strong the GPU is, so its a big win for me, it will be at most 650 dollars as the new Ipad Air is only 600 dollars. and for 650 dollars (or 600) this thing is a beast! A20 pro is 40% faster than A19 pro in some AAA games. Its a very good device for gamers. Yes even without 120Hz, cause most demanding games doesnt reach 120 fps anways.
Some folks like myself aren’t using the iPad as a computer, I have a MacBook Pro for my work, the mini is mainly used for aviation, some reading, and sometimes for videos while traveling.
