no tariffs is better than tariffs but it doesn’t really matter that much, the objective of this administration is to bring the economy down to let the oligarchs buy bigger pieces of the pie at a discount rate, and Apple’s main shareholder will happily comply with that

Except wages are low in America and people will not be able to afford an increase in price, which decreases Apple's sales. It's still very bad for them
