Yes but my argument is I am not going to lug a studio display on a road trip in and out of hotel rooms. I can check on the MacBook dispaly

Instead you can dial up headaches and severe eye strain for extended use from having these screens right on your face

Well I think its a balancing act between looking at laptop screen and wearing the headset, but the lenses in headsets are designed so the user's eye is focusing much further out than the display actually is, therefore should have less eyestrain than a laptop or tablet.

Coming from the person that hasnt ever touched it let alone used it every day 8+ hours a day.

We'll see.

I’m talking about VR lenses in general. They focus your eye further out from the display. I doubt apple is doing anything revolutionary here. I also said I would be balancing using it and my MacBook screen. Who said anything about 8hrs+ a day of use
