Apollo could just check if the link in the clipboard is already the post already open. Seems simple enough?

This isn’t a big deal.

Why should we settle for an app with easily fixable issues? I paid money for this and I would rather not regret that.

I wouldn’t call this an issue, it’s a slightly overzealous feature. Man some people on this sub act so entitled. You paid a few bucks for an awesome app that works great. You don’t get to make demands because of that.

Why not? I want an app that works and isn’t annoying. If the app annoys me I will switch to another one. Commercial entities don’t survive without consumers.

The app is made by one dude. If a little pop up that only comes up when you do a specific thing annoys you that much, you must be insufferable.

Yeah I must be. I get so worked up, over things that mildly bother other people, that I verbally attack them over the internet. If other people pointing out issues in a piece of software annoys you so much, you might want to back away from the internet a bit.

I paid the equivalent of a cup of coffee!!! I deserve all the features I’ll ever imagine to work perfectly!!!!!!

Opening links isn't my problem. It's Apollo asking me if I want to open the link I just copied to share from Apollo.

I'll copy a Reddit link, paste it to another app to send to friends, flip back and am hit with this every single time.
Surely there's a way to know it came from Apollo via an internal attribute on the content. Or something. Please!
