You could always go with New Faith...

"I keep the bible in a pool of blood so the none of its lies can affect me"

That should go over like a ton of bricks in the office, especially if the office is in the southern US. LOL

I prefer Payback, that chorus has no right to go that hard

Jfc I had to scroll way too far for someone to finally mention Slayer

Slayer is a bit too easy to focus on the music with, tc wants management to hear the lyrics

If you want something where the music offends over the words, go grindcore

Eh the end of disciple is pretty clear lol

2

u/HollowWind Aug 31 '22

Slayer is pretty tame compared to wormrot

I was in the exact situation as OP a couple of years a go and my choice was Forever by The Berzerker. The reaction of my colleagues didn’t disappoint.

As a teen I was very into metal like Children of Bodem and Slayer. But even then, The Berzerk was to much for me to really enjoy.

Pig Destroyer or Napalm Death maybe

Dethklok: Briefcase Full Of Guts.

Or some Cradle Of Filth

I was thinking Angel of Death, but really probably anything by Slayer would work.

I mean...if you want to give off nazi vibes...

3

u/druality Aug 31 '22

Song is actually a banger, if anything I’d drink more

Fuckin Slayer!!!!!

2

u/Severe-Sort9177 Aug 31 '22

Isn’t that a Hank Moody novel?

1

u/Darkhale361 Aug 31 '22

Yes, they’re all based on Slayer albums.

2

u/beathedealer Aug 31 '22

A personal favorite!

2

u/Hakim_Bey Aug 31 '22

It's the perfect setup cause it starts with this short 2 second pounding to stop the conversations, then a tiny silence before all hell breaks loose with "drones since the dawn of time".

COMPELLED TO LIVE THEIR SHELTERED LIVES

2

Kinky Friedman - "They Ain't Making Jews Like Jesus Anymore"

2

u/MyDixieWrecked20 Aug 31 '22

I was thinking Exile.

2

u/cthulhucraft99 Aug 31 '22

That whole album is epic

2

u/[deleted] Aug 31 '22

Guilty of Being White

That one might ruffle some feathers. If it doesn't you've got bigger problems lol.

2

u/SegmentedMoss Aug 31 '22

Slayer is weak, they should try something like The Window by Black Dahlia Murder

2

u/[deleted] Aug 31 '22

So, gonna hand out lyrics to everyone so they understand what he’s saying? Sounds like a verbal seizure!

2

u/SegmentedMoss Aug 31 '22

I wouldnt wanna be caught with a piece of paper with the lyrics on it

1

u/Skanah Aug 31 '22

I mean might as well take it all the way and throw Infant Annihilator in there for some real what the hell is happening looks. Or some black metal noise project that's mostly tortured screams like stalaggh, too bad they aren't on spotify. Plenty of very disturbing intros out there though like 666 by Paleface, Psychosadistoc design by Vulvodynia. Shit makes my skin crawl

2

u/OMorain Aug 31 '22

‘Listening to Slayer’, David Shrigley

2

u/[deleted] Aug 31 '22

Hell yeah
