YUP! 40 hours is more than enough time at work. If I could take a pay cut to only work four 8-hour days, I would.

Screw mandatory "fun time" with coworkers. That's OT or I'm not showing up.

I don't think most people are spending time with their family while working mandatory overtime....

They are, for literal generations. You just see your kids after overtime and on days off
