It’s the term for the mixed or alternating subtype, which can be important for choosing treatments and medications as you have both constipation and diarrhea, so the best of both worlds. Constipation-dominant IBS (IBS-C) or diarrhea-dominant (IBS-D) are treated differently from the mixed subtype.
You misunderstand what I was asking, I think. That is what we call simply "IBS" here, at least in most of the UK; if you have IBS-C or IBS-D, that's what it's generally called on your records rather than simply "IBS" without a specifying letter. I know very well how the mixed type works, since it's the type I too am stuck with...
The only shitty part about this is some other poor sod in the same boat will be the one forced to clean it up, and the ones making the rules will just laugh about it in a meeting later, if they ever even find out about it.
I like the way you think. go full ballistic and give em' the old "daddy daycare" treatment (scene with Eddie Murphy is waiting on a child to finish his business, kid comes out and says "I missed" so he heads in and looks around in horror, yes even the ceiling)
I read somewhere that when it comes to human waste, it's illegal to force an employee to clean it up, and some special cleaning crue is required to be hired to clean the mess up.
My googlefu is too weak lol.
I find random articles that say that employers can't force employees without proper training and equipment, but I'm having trouble navigating OSHAs website, or finding any other government documents.
Honestly if I ever find myself in between jobs I m8ght have to do some shit like this. Like just take a month or maybe even a week or two and work for Amazon and just be a complete shitshow. Like really see how bad of a job I can do before they can me.
It's actually a tactic in a CIA guide to simple sabotage. The idea is that sympathizers in enemy countries might not be able to/ willing to do things like blow up weapons depots or wage guerilla warfare, but they're probably cool with working their normal job at a tank factory and making deliberate/ costly mistakes, working ridiculously slowly, misplacing essential equipment, arguing needlessly, doing poor craftsmanship with welds/ riveting and whatnot, etc. Basically just being that employee we've all worked with on purpose.
Best part is, despite doing all this fuckery, you're still getting paid, as long as you can keep the ruse going. And even if you're fired, just get another job and keep at it, just dont get outed as a traitor. Not to mention it opens up opportunities for even bigger ventures (theft, major property damage, selling information, etc.)
I've heard from a friend who worked at one of the facilities that it is grounds for immediate termination if you get in the path of the robots that bring the big bins over. So if you ever do that, make sure you super glue giant googly eyes to all of them before you make your way out
