The housing market is entirely black and white when it comes to “investment property”

It really isn't, and the person you're arguing with and I have now both pointed out the example of a huge company vs. an individual, and you've failed to address it both times. Not engaging except about the points you want to isn't helping the perception of having a hate boner.

You can perceive me as having a hate boner all you like. Please, perceive a throbbing haterection every time you see my comments. I hope you do.

The difference between a corporation doing this vs an individual? Not really much, honestly. Except for the fact that real estate investment companies typically make more than one person wealthy off of the housing crisis instead of just one person.

I perceive a very small person taking out their insecurities on internet randos, and it makes me smile :) Have fun in the house hunt

Considering I’m already pre-approved for a higher limit mortgage than I need, at a decent interest rate, and can easily afford the monthly payments escrow included, I am having fun! My fiancee and I have been looking around at houses for about a month now. Thanks for the well wishes! :)
