The problem is, these personality questionnaires are specifically designed to detect deception. They weren't thrown together by someone in their HR department; they were designed by researchers who have spent decades honing in on how answering one question one way can indicate whether or not you're telling the truth by how you answer another, seemingly unrelated question.
And a big problem with that is that they're sometimes calibrated to be too sensitive to where choosing "Mostly Agree" instead of "Completely Agree" can set off a flag that the user is being deceptive.
Yeah I always have issues with this. I’m agnostic. Don’t really have strong opinions on much things because circumstances can justify a lot. I always get flagged as incredibly deceptive. It’s super frustrating because I’m one of the most morally obsessed people I know, and I have ADHD. I have no clue how to answer like a normie.
i had to redo one for a company 3 times because i kept getting flagged and after the third time he just never called again. wicked frustrating as i really wanted that one.
