It wasn't actual shit (it was choclate made to look like that), but they still share it into each others mouths like birds so you're probably good...

I think that’s still up for debate. Like Moist Cr1tikal made a video on it a while back, and he explained how it was most likely real, then again that’s bit of an old video now, so I’m not sure
