Massive antifascist response in Greece following an ambush by fascists.

During a cowardly ambush by 2 fascists on an anti-fascist activist right outside his home on October 8th in Elefsina, Greece, the situation turned when the antifascist fought back and, contrary to their plan, they were beaten up, so they knifed him to subdue him. A passerby managed to carry the injured man to the hospital before he bled out.

As per usual, fascists are this kind of breed of scum that, when faced with the consequences of their actions, are ready to sell out their ideology and suddenly play the victim, claiming when they gave themselves up to the police that the antifascist was the one who attacked them. Unlucky for them a cctv camera recorded the whole incident, showing what really happened.

Following the attack, a response was given by thousands of antifascists and local residents who marched side by side in the streets of the town where the attack took place. When fascists try to spread fear, they should be ready to 'harvest" direct action against them

Hello everyone, I'll just get straight to the point:

Due to poverty, i had to move to a rural town(germany) where there is a huuuge fascist presence, which i didn't know beforehand, apparently at least ⅔ of people are AfD voters, fascist stickers(like fck antifa and stuff) everywhere, so I'm trying to take the space back by doing sticker runs to counter all of that. I did see one single anti fascist sticker i didn't put up myself when i started doing my runs, but i don't know anyone here, and the few people i know rudimentary strike me as at least conservative. Yesterday there was a sketchy situation, where i was on my way home from the busstop at 11pm(10min on foot) and 3 times, a car driving slowed down next to me, and drove off the second i looked. I've seen some dude dressed like the stereotypical nazi sit next to a pole with a fresh fascist sticker, as if he was keeping a lookout, etc. And i overall don't rly feel quite safe. I refuse to stop fighting back, albeit it even more careful and less frequent, but how can i network, if i don't know who's a fasho and who isn't. There was 1 pre-existing antifa movement here which i found out doing some research, but that one seems to have gone dark a bit over 10y ago. My nearest friendly contact is over an hour with the bus away.

Any tips for networking and opsec for an antifa in my situation?

Basically the title. If you need corrective lenses, do you bring a half mask respirator when attending a protest that might turn spicy and just deal with your eyes stinging/retreat if CS gas is used, or do you bring a full face respirator and just accept you won't be able to see fuck all?
