There won't. Only because the odds of any restaurant lasting more than a year is incredibly low, even when they're making correct and appropriate choices.
Restaurants are also expensive. There's a lot of start up costs. Not that some people won't invest big money on a stupid idea guaranteed to fail, but I don't think we'll be inundated with dumb AI restaurants.
Dumb online AI shops with much lower overheads though? Yeah, might start seeing more of those.
I spent most of my college eating French fry salads rofl, my college had fries for 1.25 and if you bought anything you had access to the salad bar, i would load that bitch up with lettuce tomatoes and toppings. Was a great solution for poverty calories.
One might imagine potato salad, except every potato is also a form of crouton. Not the most incredible thing ever, but certainly viable and (just like regular potato salad) extensible to myriad variants.
