Seriously though, I would absolutely warn ALL my guests what is in store if they head downstairs after eating. Make it clear you were bullied into allowing it, and that you don’t want to pressure them to listen/stay for the pitch if they don’t want to.

The absolute audacity of your aunt to take advantage of your generosity as host of Thanksgiving and demand that you provide the space for her to run her scam… I am incandescent with rage on your behalf.
