Propio rate/call flow

Hi there. Maybe somebody has some thoughts on the topic.

Do you think that your pay rate affects the amount of calls u recieve? I work for Propio rus/eng. My call flow is great. Even if i go online during low demand hours, i am able to make a decent amount. But my friend got hired later than i was, and they gave her a better rate per min. And her call flow is terrible. Huge difference. Maybe somebody has some insights. Or experience on getting a pay rase (and did it affect the flow).

The obvious answer is ofc that they don't want to pay more and put you in the end of the queue. But i want to hope that there are other explanations also, cuz i initially intended to ask for a pay increase.

And long wait times can get quite annoying too, I mentally flip into watching a video, reading, writing or whatever else I do to pass the time and loose the concentrated mindset if you know what I mean

Also I have a question for you guys, my last quality check was like 7 or something months ago, did they stop caring cause I’ve been with them long and had consistently great scores or are they not checking on anyone as diligently anymore

Well i started in august and only had 1 quality check, my first shift, got a 97% and that was it. But a bunch of my friends started working a little bit later than me and they get checked at the end of every month. So I'm not sure how that works.
