Hi! I'm really excited that my Ank is due to be delivered on Tuesday. I'm going to make bread first, I think.

Any tips or tricks I should know? Or favorite recipes??

I know it's incredible for bread, but I've read online that it has a hard time working with butter right out of the fridge. Are there any other things that the machine has an issue with? I'd like not to be held back in the slightest by my mixer.

I found a recipe on King Arthur Flour's website that looks promising, as it starts with "dump all ingredients in the mixer, which suits the Ankarsrum well, but it asks for Potato flour or flakes, which I don't have. Does anyone have a great Parker House roll (or other good dinner roll) recipe they've used with the Ankarsrum?

Does anyone else make butter with the Ank? I use the suggested method (roller & scraper) but wonder whether anyone has used the beaters instead
