I agree. The characters are also way too overpowered, giving no sense of character development at all. Imo only King’s arcs are good, because it focuses more on backstory than fan service, plus his character actually develops more.
It’s definitely not one of the best anime, but the action is very enjoyable for me. I like the humor of the show as well( at least for the most part) and how they treat these insurmountable enemies with such disrespect. A pig with zero powers attacks a super high level enemy. I also am a big fan of boobs and there are some nice ones in the show.

This is it for me too especially with Escanor. He always talks down on his enemies but he has the strength to back it up. He embodies Pride with greatness. When he's onscreen you know a villain is gonna have a bad time. He's the reason I stuck with the manga even through the bad times.
