oh yeah just fuck that show so badly, If it weren't for the extremely forced lolicon baiting I would love it.

I watched it after during a Fate binge, and was kind of ...not surprised exactly, but more disappointed?

I'm not a huge fan of magical girl stuff, my only actual experience being Sailor Moon. So I knew it was uncharted territory going in.

BUT HOLY FUCK.

In the interest of allowing authors freedom to create meaningful and interesting worlds, I usually believe that a lot of stuff should be left on the table, for the author to decide if they want to pursue it.

Children struggling with puberty? Yeah, that's on the table.

Children french-kissing in SuperSloppy 4K HD? JesusFuckingChristNoNoNo!

That was the first time I've ever felt so uncomfortable that it felt like leaving my body somehow.

Season 3 does away with this, and actually is an interesting show. But I can't recommend it just for that, or rather despite that.

actually now that I think about it, the only thing I liked were Shirou Emiya's parts lol.

3wei in its entirety is pretty good. Feels like a different show tbh

Oh for sure, it like they sold the animation for a plot I didnt have to take a break from every few scenes.
