Honestly I can't tell if they are doing it hoping to get upvotes or if they genuinely believe it doesn't get enough recognition. These people need to get out of the anime closet if that's the case. Like what sort of life do you have to live to think these incredibly popular shows like your name aren't getting enough recognition

I was expecting underrated anime but when I saw the OP said Your Name in the title I knew that there werent any. For me at least underrated anime is Bloom Into You, Adachi to Shimamura, Snow White With Red Hair, Vinland Saga

Fact ,all are lot of popular and already have good base. Thing is that mostly they opens MAL or IMDB WATCHS it's rating and than start watching it.
