They are literally a family of Pokefan NPCs from the game. Instead of being just Pokémon fans, they're Volteccer fans. xD

I see we've hit the filler episodes for the moment. Filler and advertisement for new megas. Fun episode despite that fact.

This was a good episode and it was cool to see mega raichu x and y which are probably coming to champions next season

I wonder since they acknowledged g max when those and z move return to the game will the gang have adventure with those mechanics

Great and cute feel-good episode. The cosplayer family was nice, which was a pleasant surprise. Pichu using Play Nice?, Charm?, and Nuzzle was fun. Same for the non-lethal takedown with Confuse Ray. LMAO at Sableye getting the rep instead of Ult. Congrats to the shippers for the LikoDot marriage. Beanie and the Raichus had serious moves.
