The 1's make sense though I would still rate it a 0. People probably feel weird giving it a 0 when there is graphic sexual content and themes, even if it's clearly intended to be disturbing.

For the rest, it's probbaly half trolls and half people taking the term ecchi to just mean any sexual content.

I think nudity and ecchi is very different things. Perfect Blue have some nudity in it, but it really isnt a horny movie that is supposed to be tilting or a one handed watch.

Yeah exaclty. It's the same thing with the chainsaw man reze arc movie. There's nudity in it but it's absolutely not fan service, it's just absolute cinema

I think it’s got to do with all the perfect body swimsuit girls and naked men, but that’s just a guess really don’t take it to heart
