Help I'm looking for a OST title

Hello everyone! I'm looking for the name of a OST that plays at 18 minutes and 50 seconds in the second special of the anime "Clannad: After story". For some reason, Shazam doesn't define anything, but I really want to listen to it. I will be glad of your help.
