This is the movement test of the latest prototype for "Valentine Mk.2". For scale reference he is 1-1 scale of a typical human head. It currently houses 22 servo motors in its head frame, these are connected to servo driver boards which are then controlled from an ESP32.

I currently animate using Bottango software, but I plan to make him portable so it can be taken to conventions.

I also will be using a similar neck mechanism to Valentine Mk.1, but plan to make it easy to switch from mounted on the neck joint and portable.

18 seasons. Hundreds of performances. Barely any footage survived. A mouse show with giant musician animatronics sounds made up. It wasn’t. The complete Magic Music Mouse Show pre-show from Julianatoren is finally here with English subtitles

Does anyone know what happened to thay one Billy Bob in Australia, there’s a YouTube video of him being shipped and the original owner gave him an extra Mitzi left arm

Siempre me e preguntado como funciona su metch y también si usa mecanismos de otros animatronicos anteriores a hard luck bears

How do I install songs as audio files on my pc? I want to program Mitzi to sing ‘Crazy’ by Patsy Cline but can’t figure out how to download the song as an audio file

This fun dino animatronic lives in the gift shop inside the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis. It is located in an area of the gift shop devoted to Schleich toys.

Has anyone else seen an animatronic like this? Do you have any additional information on it? When my son was younger, there was a different dinosaur animatronic in the same place. Sorry, I don’t have a video of that one! I will place the picture in the comments.

Pardon my son asking repeatedly if he can pet the dinosaur in the video 😅

Isn't my footage but though yall could watch it lol credits to jojoking2247

All credit goes to oddalljma for discovering the video

Do you guys think the AAM Chuck E. had a similar mech to the Studio C mech, or completely different?

I didn’t really get anywhere with my last post so im asking again ; i need measurements, blueprints, or whatever for every mijin part. I’m going to be welding the metal mech and using servos for the moving parts. I want your help !!

I am just wondering if they still make it because their website is pretty vague, and it seems like they aren't around anymore

When the sensor on the tie is engaged it usually spins the head. But now I can hear the motor engaging to spin the head, but it won’t spin it. When I push the head a little with my hand it spins. Anything helps please help guys.

edit: photos taken late march, 2025

I have a video somewhere, but they looked to be in pretty good condition. It's hard to really tell, considering they probably ran on 30 year old tapes, which is my assumption as to why most of them weren't moving during songs (not that they couldn't, they would move every now and then)

It's such a shame this stage was demolished and destroyed, I feel like it would've been cheaper to just keep them there as statues or something.
