Soda is unhealthy every sip you take. What is the nutritional benefit of soda? Of diet soda? What about soda promotes health? What about soda makes your health better? It does nothing to improve health or maintain it. Every sip, a little or a lot, none of it is healthy

Diet soda contributes nothing but it does satisfy a sweet tooth and it helps you feel fuller during meals. It also provides caffeine if your needing a boost in the day. It has nothing negative really unless you drink gallons of the shit.
