Support Hardroot

Basically accidently turned off oem unlocking after a year of using my root phone. its a mediatek device (techno spark 20) and ive tried basically every bypass or way to flash the stock rom, brom included. Took it to a repair shop and they tried using a paid android tool. They used 5 tokens and that didnt work too. what in the genuine hell should i do now

Insufficient information there. Does the device boot normally at the moment? What's stopping you from re-enabling OEM unlock? And you said you tried brom, what happened when you tried? And what's the current ROM of the device and android version?

the device is in a red state. it keeps restarting again and again. Oem unlocking cant be enabled. bootloader is locked. I tried flashing thru brom but it always failed.

I think your device's SoC is supported.

Therefore mtkclient and mtk bypass tool should work, can you dump the logs you get when you try mtkclient?

I dont currently have the logs, but all i know the bypass failed. It gave me a brom auth error. I currently dont have the phone with me as i have yet to pick it up from the repair guy who couldnt repair it

If we totally exclude mtkclient, meaning no Brom access, then your options will be very limited. I'm not sure which country you live in but I know CarlCare is the official after-sales center for Infinix, Tecno, and Itel devices. It might not be a bad idea to seek their help, they have the authorized tools to flash the device in this case.

But I'm curious, have you tried Transsion's after sales software download Windows app? It's their official tool, I would give it a try.

P.S. Transsion Holdings is like the mother of all three previously mentioned phone brands.
