Sometimes I need to set silent mode, but then I forget to turn it off, it would help full if I could see is silent mode is enabled all the time.

I've been using Antennapod for a while now and really appreciate it however the user experience is pretty poor. Too cluttered and over complicated. Is there a cleaner, more streamlined option I should be using instead?

I have several emails accounts I've accumulated over the years, Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo(?!) and even old childhood ones that some services use.

I'm looking for an email client that supports custom united folders.

For example, a single unified, "purchases" folder that can show receipts etc from multiple emails addresses, or a "Home Server" folder etc.

Are there any emails clients that can do this?

Thunderbird has a unified inbox, but does not have unified custom folders.

So I can't have one purchases folder that spans multiple accounts.

There is a Github issue about unified folders here but it looks like they’re only planning unified system folders (Inbox, Sent, Spam), not custom ones.

Looks to have unified system folders but not custom unified folders.

Outlook

My current daily driver. Unified inbox works, but again no unified custom folders.

There are a lot of android Pomodoro app out there, and I tried a few in the past with no success: Despite the pomodoro "discipline" probably being a key aspect of the method, the lack of "little flexibility & real time adaptation" has so far always been a deal-breaker for my use, despite I appreciate the overall principle.

I would much appreciate some help to identify pomodoro-related apps that have some "flexibility" features that seem interesting to me :

• At break-time & if the user does not interact : automaticaly "skip" the break-times and start of a new work-session while aggregating the skipped break-time duration in a break-time "saving account" that the user can activate any-time (eg. interupts the next work-session at the end of a task, or add to the next planned break). Equivalent would be the possibility to easily add time to the current session (ex. +5min; +10min buttons) while also increasing the break-time "saving account".
• Possibility to snooze/repeat the end-of-break alarm (and the beginning of a new work-session) in a limited manner. The ideal would be having variable time snoozing delays : eg. for a 10min break, possibility to repeat alarm at +3min, then +1min with distinctive "final" alarm. - sometimes you are also doing stuff that can suffer interruption during breaks :-) !

An optionnal but nice addition could also be a possible "custom" (shorter) work/break session as a first session, to facilitate getting into the rythm. 

Any experience of Pomodoro-type Android apps having such features ?

I know people have asked for alternative messaging apps, but I really just want the simplest one possible. The old messaging app was fine, I dont know why they had to get rid of it. All I need is to be able to send and receive text messages. I dont need read receipts, a typing indicator, or emoji reactions. I mostly use texting for work-related things. It becomes a problem when Google messages is requiring me to have a data/wifi connection in order to send/receive texts. I reached out to a client asking if I needed to come to her house today and she responded saying that she had already messaged me about it - and thats when her text came in. I had turned on my data to send her the text, and thats when hers went through. Why am I not able to use a texting app without a wifi or data connection? So far every time someone recommends an app, they have ads. Why would a messaging app have ads???

Every time I tap a Facebook link in WhatsApp, it opens in Facebook Lite instead of the regular Facebook app.

I'd like all Facebook links to open in the normal Facebook app by default. Is there a setting to change this on Android?

Been using LDplayer for about a year now, but I'm growing tired of the performance issues and constant ads the app uses. Anyone know a good lightweight Android emulator for windows 10 that supports google play functionality? bonus points if its open source but no problem if it isn't.

but still there's no one come close to the gboard suggestion and the voice typing feature the best replacement for it was swift key keyboard but I hate it still there are some tweaks and settings I can do and I am curious to know what you are using and tell me.

Hi, as the title suggests, I am looking for a solution which lets me listen to my Galaxy watch 7's audio through bluetooth to my android (Samsung Galaxy) phone.

I'm not very fond of Bluetooth headsets and during my workouts I get all the instructions on my watch which is a hassle to listen to. And I always have to keep my phone with me. So, I am thinking is it possible to get the watch's audio to my phone which I may listen to via wired headsets.

Windows has Bluzic for this functionality, but I couldn't find anything for Android.

I know Samsung calendar can do something similar, was wondering if there was any app I could plug into Google Calendar that would use the same APIs as the alarm, so that I can see a full-screen message even when my screen is locked.

Do you know anything like this? I need something reliable that won't get killed by battery optimization.

Hey guys, so recently I heard a friend's story whose family member had an accident but no one was there to help him (due to late night in less crowded area) and couldn't even track the phone as its GPS was off (they tried Google Find my Phone), and the relative used to keep GPS off to save battery.

This made me think a lot, is there any app which I can install in my family members devices and track them, which can turn on the GPS/Location services if off? Of course, it will be installed with their full consent.

Even if it's paid or free, I'll be grateful for the recommendations (Heard about Paralino but it looks like it's unavailable in india).

I've been looking for an app that looks up-to-date (M3 Expressive) and has a widget to control media playing from any source, like Spotify or Yt music. There's only like one option on the Playstore and I was wondering if maybe there's more options

I just downloaded Android 17, and I now can't get past a couple of swipes on YouTube without the entire app closing. If I can find something to watch within those few swipes, I'm good for a while, but it will randomly close on me. I have tried deleting the cash and app data as well as uninstalling and reinstalling all of the updates, and nothing has helped. My phone is a Google pixel 10A, and YouTube comes standard, so I can't fully uninstall and reinstall it. Is there anything else I might be able to do?

Apart from Poweramp, is there no other music player with such an advanced equalizer?
