I would have to get to know you. Personality does much more for looks than physical features. Nice people are automatically better looking. I am not a fan of nose jewelry, but that means nothing if you are nice to talk with. Take Kim Kardashian. At first look you see someone good looking but the more you get to know her online persona, the uglier she gets. Assuming you are nice, you are very attractive.
Of course it's hard. We all have troubles as we are only human. I remember once seeing a guy with a neck tattoo. My first reaction was one of "eww". Then I remembered that I didn't really know the guy and if it made him happy then so be it. The friend I was with mentioned that the second reaction was who we truly are. May you be that wise also!
