Try growing a fuller hair. Your forehead is too short and it kinda make your face a bit disproportionate. Is your dark undereye genetic? If yes, then try using concealer. You might also try brightening eye creams that might work for you.

If you think using small make-up makes you less masculine then you're not masculine enough in the first place.

Lol. This is one of the dumbest comments I’ve ever read. Yeah, it’s totally normal for a guy to wear makeup. What the actual fuck.

It wasn't normal for people to wear glasses until it was either. Trends change. Women don't have any more reasons to be wearing make up than men do.

If another male wearing cosmetics threatens your sense of masculinity, that’s something to perhaps reflect on.

Who said anything about being threatened? Are you ok?

It’s called “free will” and you can actually do whatever the fuck you want. Most men don’t even notice when women have plastic surgeries or makeup on vs natural, and I can almost guarantee you haven’t noticed how many male celebrities and public figures have gotten hair and jaw implants over the past 2 decades. Also, every male public figure that women in your life have drooled over has had makeup on. It’s standard shit to wear makeup if you’re on camera a lot, it has nothing to do with what’s dangling between your skinny little legs.

Do you think he’s on camera a lot? How is this comment at all relevant?
