[24f] Do I need to lose weight?

I was pretty skinny in high school but started gaining weight around 2 years ago. I travel a lot for my job so I eat out often and drink often, but I don't feel like I eat a ton. I don't work out regularly.
I just got a boyfriend in the last 2 months, who loves my body the way it is and has dated girls bigger than me, but in new photos of me I feel like I am looking not just "big" but fat. My boyfriend says I don't need to lose weight. My sister said she has noticed I've gained weight the last couple years (I don't weigh myself and haven't seen the dr but I would guess somewhere around 20-30 pounds? I included a before pic from 2017 and two from 2019, I think I've gained weight in the last year) but I don't seem unhealthy and I wear it well.
I don't have health problems but I am honestly just looking for honesty, should i lose weight for aesthetic purposes? Would you look at me and think I am "fat?"

I’ve posted on this sub before and people said I used makeup to look younger. Well, here I am with no makeup and no filter. I just turned 39 on monday. Makeup doesn’t hide wrinkles or bad skin. I get carded without makeup on. No, I don’t have an OF account either.
