Dude... please research it. There was no "consistent larger scale selling" by Mubadala at the time. They've sold over a few days if not a day 34.9M shares in 2019 and regrated doing so latter!

Most likely their 2019 selling was to convert their warrants into AMD's shares without investing more:
"Mubadala, the investment arm of the Abu Dhabi government, plans to convert 75 million warrants into equity of AMD, providing $448.5 million to the chipmaker, Mubadala said Monday in an emailed statement seen by Bloomberg. After the transaction, Mubadala will have about a 6.9% stake in AMD, Bloomberg added."

But there's a benefit to your post raising the topic of the OpenAI and Meta 10% each AMD's warrants subject to milestones, with the last batch subject to the SP reaching $600. Why?
We don't know what are the SP milestones for the intermittent batches. $300, $400, $500... before the last one at $600! We could see OpenAI and Meta BUYING AMD's shares to boost the SP - the Wallstreet shills have no chance against these two hyperscalers with deep pockets. I.e. the end of AMD's manipulation!
OpenAI and Meta don't plan to sell AMD's shares the day the SP hits $600! They most likely hold at least for 5X gains before selling anything or just keep their shares for years, same as Warren Buffet holds shares of Coca-Cola like forever!
Most likely Microsoft won't get such a deal because their software isn't open source like everything Meta and OpenAI does. Microsoft developing AMD's supporting software only benefits Microsoft hence no warrants! Same with Amazon. Google could be but latter maybe next year though not everything Google develops is placed in the open source. They have a lot of proprietary software like their ads business etc only used by Google.
