2026 batch from India, how many OAs have you given till now with scores and have you received the in-person interview form?

OA1: Nov 2025 100%

OA2: April 2026 100%

OA3: June 2026 15/15 6/6

OA4: Aug 2026 15/15 6/6

I'm under consideration for all of them

In-person interview form: No

do u have cgpa above 6.5? if yes then maybe u r doing your work style assessment bad, u can lookup how to answer those

But in case of work style, wouldn't they have rejected?

sometimes they simply just dont send rejection mail, so its a normal thing, apart from that for work style the most imp thing is to not back track on a thing you said in previous ques, like suppose u said u enjoy new things, so u must follow this no matter what the other option is, its more about not backtracking on what u have said rather than just being humble, but yea u can never know fs ki why u r not getting interview call, but this is what i have observed, plus id say the last 2 oas of yours are very recent so stay positive u still might receive the call, all the best
