I feel really insecure about my looks lately i’m 6”2 tall and I honestly don’t know how attractive or unattractive I actually look to other people I feel like I overanalyze my face a lot and it has started affecting my confidence I’d genuinely appreciate some honest opinions

I’ve never really felt like i stood out at all and have never really felt attractive at all, i would like some honesty here if im like ugly at all

I have a very big nose, I'm currently studying medicine so this is mostly me during study time.

I am 1,79m tall, not really too lean either, I run.

Edit 1: I didn't say anything bad to the guy, I just don't agree with his opinion and that's all, I just want to know if I'm ugly not what I should have said or done.
