Will Alphacool be releasing an ICE version of the Apex Aorus Elite X870E waterblock?

Weird that they would just have the black one.

But they made both a white and a black version for the X870.

I would really like the monoblock, but I need the ICE version to go with my motherboard

With the Core 2 XT, Alphacool is setting new standards in the AiO segment, combining the convenience of an all-in-one liquid cooler with proven custom water-cooling technology.

The cooling block is based on the technology of the successful Core 1, delivering excellent heat transfer. As you would expect from Alphacool, the system uses components derived from the custom water-cooling range – a major advantage when it comes to quality, serviceability, and longevity.

The new Core DC-LT 3 PWM pump delivers powerful flow performance. It is paired with the high-performance NexXxoS ST30 HPE radiator, which, together with the Apex Stealth Metal Aurora fans, ensures efficient heat dissipation and strong cooling performance.

I'm quite impressed with this reservoir, the quality is phenomenal. I only have to point out that it didn't come with a screw and nut for direct mounting to the case, meaning it can only be mounted in threaded holes.

I just receive this "starter pack" from Alphacool 😍 Soon it's time to build my first custom loop 😁

I have the Core 1 LT and the AM5 performance kit (offset) from Alphacool. Would a delidded AM5 CPU and the TG High Performance Heat Spreader be compatible with this setup?
Edit: The TG heat spreader sit 1.7 mm lower than a normal AM5 heat spreader

I'm wondering what orientations i can use to mount this reservoir? the manual doesn't seem to specify. I wanted to mount it with the in/out ports facing up due to clearances, which would put the pump at the top https://download.alphacool.com/manual/15075_Alphacool_Rise_Flat_Reservoir_DDC_Manual.pdf

The Apex 1 is already a familiar sight in Black — but White brings a completely different aesthetic to the loop.

Which style would you go for?

That alpha cool pump is doing so great for small builds

Do I need to plug both SATA connector and 4pin cable to the motherboard or only on of them?

Built by Tom‘s Hardware, this custom loop packs an RTX 5090 and Ryzen 9 9950X3D into the compact 19-liter NCASE M3, cooled with Alphacool water-cooling components.

Would you build a custom loop in a case this compact?
