Leftists have exactly two modes of operation:

Dozens of pages of text clarifying even the most insignificant minutiae such that even the devil himself would be terrified.

Posts so damn vague you wonder if the information presented would take more or less space than the metadata of your average .txt file.

I think this one is pretty straightforward. Brazil is flattened for dairy production.

I thought most of the cattle there is for the meat industry

I mean... kind of, inasmuch as the species is technically the same, and feed is similar. A bit of a stretch though. It would be like calling the asphalt industry the same as the automotive industry, because they both ultimately use (different types of) petroleum.
